How long does board approval take?

Most boards take 4–8 weeks. We start the package at consultation so approval runs in parallel with material orders.

How long does the renovation itself take?

Targeted: 8–12 weeks. Mid-range gut: 12–16 weeks. Penthouse gut: 16–20 weeks.

Do you handle freight elevator scheduling and protection?

Yes. Freight reservations, walls/floor protection, daily clean-down, trash hauling on building schedule.
